Frames- Many companies have frames on their websites. Frames  are a special kind page that divides the browser window into different areas. This is helpful because each frame can display a different page. For example you can have a header or a side panel on each page.

Notice the green side panel has buttons which are links to different pages. This format is through out the website.	This site has no frames and is real plain. However,  it is simple and can be spiced up to make a easy user friendly site.
